1. This is the 200th post and first post of the year.

2. Year 2008 was a tough year for me.
Some people went out of my life, some people walked in and some people drift away, some people got closer. Things were unexpected, for the better and for the worst. For the worst, it blew me away.

4. Relationship with God also flactuated.
It was either sky-high, or it hit the rock bottom.

5. Have seen how lives have been changed by God.
and is very encouraged by it.

6. Finished 3 books in a year.
cuz i just started towards the end of the year.

8. My 3 weeks holidays were well spent.
with Anshao camp, caroling x2, christmas, countdown dinner, countdown party, prawning, outing and birthday celebrations.

9. Lessons learnt:
- God didnt choose the ready ones to serve Him because no one will ever be ready. God uses those with flaws to show how perfect He is and for us to live on His grace because His grace is sufficient for us.
- God place people in the same situation to help each other out.
- Never judge others.
- To be patient with people's growth
- Everyone are gracious people, just dont push the button.
- Sleeping dinosaur are never to be awaken.
- God close and open doors.
- The world is everchanging and everyone is changing and the only thing that is constant is God.
- People do change unknowingly when they are in a relationship.
- To pray with people.

10. 2009 will be a tough year.
with PP, FYP, DG, church commitments, friends and family, who wouldnt be busy? and who knows what shocking thing is gonna happen in 2009?

let's recap the 2008 new year resolution:
[check half the box] stop being Little Miss Procrastinate and be Little Miss Efficient
[x] lead more people to Christ
[ ] be more responsible
[x] speak the truth with love
[was i?] be salt and light to the people around me

2009 Resolution:
1. Finish at least 5 books
2. Do RJ by 10pm so that i can sleep early
3. Pass PP & FYP
4. Show more care, concern and love to the people around me
5. Bring at least a friend to church
6. Spend and splurge less
7. Spend more time with family
*i need people to nag at me for #1, #2, #3 & #6. volunteers, anyone?*

lastly, here's a list of things that i wanna thank God for:

• bringing me, guiding me and being with me through the entire 2008
• putting up all the nonsense, the rebellious times and for forgiving me and taking me back time and time again
• the things that happen. even though until now, i still do not understand why those things happened, but i still believe that God has His reasons for it
• protecting my heart against any relationship that is not from Him
• everything that He has given me
• people who love and cares for me

well, whatever happened in 2008 is a already a history. hope that 2009 will be a better year.
