uncovering the past

was so bored that i looked back at my cyber history.
the site which probably has the longest history was friendster (for me).
it contains stuff that were dated since 2004.

as i look back at my comment (aka testimonial), a lot of memories became fresh.
those people who left comments for me were a surprising lot of people whom i no longer talk to.
there are people who said see you and you dont get to see them around, people who said they'll be praying for you probably wun now and people who wished you happy birthday may have forgotten your existance by now.
sad case.

but there were a few random conversations here and there that were pretty senseless but it kept me laughing.
comparing then to now, it's surprising to see how the friends around me have changed - friends who came and went and those whom i'm still close with.
looking at the comments, those were the good old days that i miss man. *sighs*

inbox's sent item contained tons of thrash and nonsense.
like, Title: Hi! Content: Can i know you?
after filtering, i found the most classic thing - a quiz that i replied Cheris.
not so much of the content but the style of writing instead.
wE aLL uSeD tO tYpE LiKe ThAt OnE.
not exactly twit, but the CAPS and uncaps thing, funny.

the sweetest thing i found were the messages sent by my crush a few years back.
it was a side of him that people cannot get to see and it was probably unexpected of him to write that to me
i'm pretty sure, judging from his present character, its something that he'll never do ever again.
just like how we never talk like we used to and he never treated me the same way (as friends).
it sounded kind of wasted and stuff, but i knew that i made the right choice.

right now, i choose to rmb him the way he was X years ago.

i guess sometimes its good to look back at your past, laugh at your sillyness and know that you've grown up.

lastly a super important comment that i want to make after reading my comments:

julia is love me since '07 de lor.
and
est said that she's anti twits (look at her now, laughs)

*notice that there isnt any photos? i'll try to get them into photobucket and get their ass here asap (:*
